FCPR is uniquely positioned to provide direct services, wrap around services and after care to our network of families. FCPR vision is to enable our families to live sustainable lives by providing them with customized resources and bridging relationships. We know nothing is more important to the future than ensuring families are living sustainable lives.
FCPR approach is to reach and serve every family that enters and exits our network. Our vision and mission are serving our families with non-traditional and traditional models that are framed in research-based data.
FCPR will look for opportunities to engage with neighborhoods and communities to ensure synergy and engagement. We believe our families desire and should actively participate in the solution process. Rarely are the voices of underserved families magnified. FCPR strategic plan includes intentional and intensive methods to break down systemic barriers.
